This is an original design that is recommended only for advanced loomers. The authot presents us two bracelets in two colour schemes. You need coloured bands, a hook and a loom (use only 4 pegs). This great bracelet consists of two parts, and you braid them not separately but both parts at the same time. In the tutorial you can clearly see which bands to grab, but the very process of grabbing is a little bit hard and sometimes even tricky. Watch the video for several times to learn all the steps by heart. Good luck!!
